Qualifications

• Mechanical interest and aptitude.
• Willingness to learn and accept feedback.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects while working alone and as part of a team.
• Sense of urgency and dedication to minimizing site downtime.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work outdoors in varying temperatures.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Learn to diagnose, treat, and prevent a wide variety of maintenance issues.
• Acquire skills in hydraulics, welding, plumbing, and other industrial fields.
• Take increasing responsibility for maintenance needs of car washes in your region.
• Be a resource for wash employees—answer questions, share ideas, suggest solutions.
• Demonstrate pride in work and a commitment to safety.
