Job summary

Northwood Ravin is seeking a Maintenance Apprentice at The Sloan in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on grounds, cleanliness, and basic maintenance while gaining hands-on experience across property operations.

You will support the upkeep of the community and work toward growing into a Maintenance Technician role, learning fundamentals of maintenance, safety protocols, and teamwork in a luxury apartment setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities to a consistent, high standard
• Managing trash operations, including dumpster areas and bulk item coordination
• Assisting the maintenance team with minor repairs and upkeep of community features
• Identifying and reporting maintenance issues and safety concerns proactively
• Supporting overall property presentation to ensure a clean, well-run environment
