Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Maintenance and Inventory Manager for Water Technologies to lead maintenance planning, scheduling, and inventory control. The role supports plant operations and oversees maintenance personnel and contractors.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree or higher, at least four years in maintenance/project execution (preferably in chemical manufacturing), and supervisory experience, with strong CMMS and inventory software skills. On-site role with potential for overtime.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a technical field.
• Minimum 4 years of maintenance and/or project execution experience, preferably in chemical manufacturing.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Working knowledge of CMMS and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage Maintenance Employees/contractors and all aspects of repair and preventive maintenance.
• Provide maintenance planning and scheduling to optimize resources.
• Ensure maintenance activities are completed on time and on budget.
• Manage purchasing, receiving, warehousing and inventory of chemicals, expendables and spare parts.
• Plan, schedule and execute maintenance (PM and daily) activities.
• Issue Purchase Orders, perform goods receipt and track budgets with Purchasing.

Role Summary:

• Manage Maintenance Employees/Contractors and all aspects of repair/preventative maintenance
• Support plant operations by providing maintenance planning and scheduling to make effective useofcompany and contractor resources
• Ensure maintenance activities are completed on time and onbudget
• Manage all aspects of purchasing, receiving, warehousing and inventory of chemicals, expendables andspare parts

Responsibilities:

• Manage Chemical, Expendable, and Spare Part inventories, purchasing and receiving
• Work with Operations to coordinate receiving of chemicals
• Obtain quotes and acquire materials, equipment, and services
• Manage Maintenance Employees and Contractors
• Plan, Schedule, and Execute Maintenance (PM and Daily) Activities
• Work with Purchasing and others to issue Purchase Orders, perform goods receipt and trackbudgets

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree or higher (two-year college or technical school)
• Minimum 4-years of maintenance and/or project execution experience, preferably in ChemicalManufacturing
• At least one-year supervisory experience
• Working knowledge of CMMS and Inventory Management Software

• Prior experience in a Petroleum or Chemical Manufacturing Plant
• Ability and willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Knowledge of local contractors and their abilities
• Knowledge of local and national suppliers of equipment, parts, and materials
