Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Maintenance Analyst in El Paso, TX to support the Facilities Operations team with projects, data collection and regulatory analysis. You will assist in quality, EHS, and process compliance while contributing to reliability and safety initiatives.

You'll analyze processes, help maintain preventive maintenance programs, support planning with cross‑functional partners, and assist with AutoCAD drawings and floor layouts.

Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years of experience, preferred.
• BA, BS or equivalent experience in Manufacturing, Industrial or Systems Engineering or a related field, preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD layout software, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze processes throughout the operation.
• Develop, review and maintain regulatory preventive maintenance programs ensuring compliance with standards and policies.
• Support maintenance planning and analysis collaborating with other departments to improve facility reliability and safety.
• Develop and measure productivity and Quality standard measurements in Maintenance Department
• Participate in projects and development of solutions related to Operational Excellence, Six Sigma, Quality, Capacity balance, Planning and Logistics.
• Assist in Maintenance activities, training, regulatory reports, and maintain accurate records and regulatory documentation.
• Assist with AutoCAD drawings, facility layouts, and space planning.
• Assists as back up knowledge of access control, CCTV, and Fire Suppression System.
• Ensuring proper tracking and disposal of chemicals, raw materials and finished samples
