Job summary

The Siegel Group in Memphis seeks a Maintenance Level 3 to clean and maintain all exterior areas of the property, assist on room turns, and handle basic work orders. You will move furniture, report issues, and work in a fast-paced hotel-style environment.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 100 pounds, and flexibility to work nights and weekends. Tools are provided; prior maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean walkways, stairwells, floors, doors, and parking lots.

• Move furniture and appliances as needed.
• Assist on pack-outs, trash-outs, and other duties as assigned.
