Job summary

McDonald's operates a maintenance position focused on keeping the restaurant clean inside and out and ensuring equipment is in good working order. As a Maintenance Person, you will be trained and supported with the tools needed to succeed while contributing to a welcoming, safe, and efficient dining environment.

Responsibilities include daily fryer oil filtration, deliveries, grounds upkeep, and routine cleaning tasks across the restaurant, including equipment, windows, and facilities.

Qualifications

• Restaurant maintenance and cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to perform cleaning and minor repairs.
• Attention to detail and safety minded.

• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week.
• Maintain outside grounds and clean equipment.
• Clean windows, stock rooms and restrooms; take out trash and change bulbs.

Requirements:

The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.

The Maintenance Person’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
