Job summary

McDonald’s restaurant maintenance position, located in a franchise-operated store, focuses on keeping the restaurant clean and safe by maintaining equipment and facilities. You’ll be part of a maintenance team supporting daily operations, with hands-on tasks that keep the dining area, kitchen, and exterior in top condition.

The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.
