McDonald’s Restaurants Limited is seeking a Maintenance Person in the United States to support cleanliness and equipment upkeep across interior and exterior areas. You will be part of the Maintenance Team ensuring safe, clean, and well‑functioning restaurant environments.

Responsibilities include daily fryer oil filtering, grounds maintenance, cleaning windows and stock rooms, unloading deliveries, trash handling, bulb changes, and HVAC/exhaust cleaning.

Description:

Requirements:

The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris

Physical Requirements Include but are not limited to

• Lifting & carrying 40lbs
• Asisst others in Lifting and carrying over 40lbs
• Standing entirety of your shift
• Climbing Ladders
• Working in Freezer and Refrigerator Temperatures for extended periods of time.
