Job summary

McDonald's is seeking a Maintenance Person at our Sheridan, WY location. You’ll help maintain cleanliness and upkeep of equipment, support the Management Team, and ensure a safe, welcoming dining environment for guests and Crew alike.

The role requires a humble, hospitable demeanor, a desire to learn, strong organizational skills, and a problem-solving mindset. You’ll perform routine maintenance, safety checks, light electrical and plumbing tasks as needed, and assist with unloading deliveries

The role is critical in the restaurant because you’ll:

• Ensure a memorable visit: Maintain the upkeep of customer and employee accessible areas. Assists Management Team in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment.
• Provide the supply: Unload incoming deliveries and help replenish necessary stock
• Be in the know: Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment and building systems
• Lead the experience: Ensure the maintenance meets and exceeds food safety and storage standards of excellence

The Maintenance Person’s responsibilities may include, but is not limited to:

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris

You must be 18 years or older to be maintenance in our locally owned and operated restaurants.
