McDonald’s is seeking a Maintenance Person to help keep a restaurant clean, safe, and well-maintained. The role involves unloading the delivery truck, cleaning equipment, and performing routine maintenance tasks to support daily operations.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and available for early morning shifts starting around 4:00 AM. This position is with an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. Training and advancement opportunities are available within the restaurant network.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be available to work as early as 4:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Assist maintenance in keeping interior and exterior restaurant clean and equipment in good repair.
• Unload delivery truck twice a week.
• Perform basic cleaning of equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Change light bulbs and maintain outdoor grounds.

Requirements:

The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.

The Maintenance Person’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Filtering oil fryers daily

Maintaining outside grounds

Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms

Unload delivery truck 2 times a week

Take out and empty trash compactor

Change light bulbs

Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
