Job summary

Advance Services Inc. is seeking a diligent cleaner to remove debris and prepare sites for occupancy in McAllen, TX. You will perform heavy trash removal, dusting, polishing, and floor scrubbing with attention to detail and safety best practices.

The role requires use of cleaning products appropriate for different surfaces and adherence to PPE protocols. Local travel or ladder/lift use may be required to complete duties.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift heavy objects and work safely.
• Detail-oriented for thorough cleaning.
• Knowledge of cleaning products for different surfaces.
• Must use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
• Ladder or lift operation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Remove debris and waste from job sites to prepare for occupancy.

Removing debris, dust, and residue from building sites to prepare them for occupancy, covering tasks from heavy-duty trash removal (lumber, drywall, nails) to detailed final cleaning (dusting fixtures, polishing windows, scrubbing floors, sanitizing surfaces) using specialized tools and safety gear for a spotless, move-in-ready finish
