Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a Maintenance Person to uphold exceptional interior and exterior cleanliness and keep restaurant equipment in good working order. You’ll join the Maintenance Team and receive training and tools to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Your duties include daily fryer oil filtering, grounds maintenance, cleaning of equipment and facilities, stocking areas, and assisting with waste removal and lighting. This role supports overall restaurant operations and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Careful and thorough in maintaining interior and exterior areas.
• Work well with others to keep the restaurant clean and safe.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks and lift/move items as needed.

• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week

Requirements

The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.

The Maintenance Person’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
