Job summary

McDonald's in Little Rock is seeking a Maintenance Person to help keep our restaurant clean and well-maintained, with focus on equipment and facilities.

As a member of the Maintenance Team, you'll perform tasks like oil fryer filtering, grounds upkeep, window cleaning, restrooms, unloading deliveries, and lighting.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining restaurant cleanliness and equipment upkeep.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks and follow safety procedures.
• Capable of unloading deliveries and simple repairs as needed.

• Maintain outside grounds and clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck two times a week.
• Take out and empty trash and change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/exhaust units and roof area.

Requirements:

The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.

The Maintenance Person’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
