Job summary

McDonald’s USA is hiring at a Missouri restaurant for a maintenance/operations role. You’ll help maintain cleanliness and safety, unload deliveries, stock supplies, and perform routine equipment checks to ensure a safe, welcoming dining experience.

This role is critical in the restaurant because you’ll:

• Ensure a memorable visit: Maintain the upkeep of customer and employee accessible areas including, but not limited to cleaning, trash removal, changing lightbulbs, etc.


• Provide the supply: Unload incoming deliveries and help replenish necessary stock


• Be in the know: Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment and building systems


• Lead the experience: Ensure the maintenance meets and exceeds food safety and storage standards of excellence. Ensure oil fryers are filtered daily and ready to cook our world famous food
