Job summary

Lutheran Social Services of WI & UP MI in Eau Claire is seeking a skilled Maintenance professional to keep our care environments safe, functional, and welcoming. This onsite, full-time role performs routine and preventive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and grounds across Wisconsin and Upper Michigan.

You will address work orders, inspect HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety systems, and coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs.
