McDonald's is hiring for a Maintenance position at a participating Franchise Owner/Operator location. The Maintenance Person assists in keeping interior and exterior areas clean and ensuring restaurant equipment is functioning properly.

The role is full-time and part of the franchisee’s team. You will work with a maintenance crew to support daily operations, with duties such as cleaning, grounds upkeep, and keeping fixtures in good condition, aimed at delivering a safe, efficient dining

Full-time restaurant manager or staff of a participating Franchise Owner/Operator

You are eligible for $3,000 in Tuition Assistance each year if:

• You work a minimum of 30 hours per week for that Franchise Owner/Operator.
• You are in good standing as determined by the Franchise Owner/Operator.
• Restaurant crew (including maintenance), part-time manager or part-time office staff of a participating Franchise Owner/Operator

You are eligible for $2,500 in Tuition Assistance each year if:

• You are employed by the same Franchise Owner/Operator at least 90 cumulative days as of the time of the Tuition Assistance Request application completion.
• You work an average of 15 hours per week for that Franchise Owner/Operator.
• You are in good standing as determined by the Franchise Owner/Operator

Requirements:

The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.
