Job summary

Glansa Associates is seeking a highly motivated Mainframe QA Analyst to ensure the reliability of critical TSYS payment processing and banking applications. The ideal candidate will bring COBOL/Mainframe expertise and a solid background in functional and integration testing within banking environments.

You will contribute to the Software Testing Life Cycle, work in Agile teams, and have opportunities to apply test automation to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience testing Mainframe COBOL applications in TSYS/payment banking domains.
• Strong understanding of STLC, QA processes, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with test automation is a plus and will be weighed accordingly.
• Knowledge of banking/payments systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional and integration testing of Mainframe applications.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure quality across releases.
• Design and execute test cases, report defects, and track quality metrics.

• Experience in test automation is highly desirable and will provide additional weightage during the selection process.
