enGen is seeking a Mainframe Storage Administrator to join the IT Mainframe Storage Management Team. You will learn and assist with the implementation of all Mainframe Storage hardware and software and participate in the weekly on-call rotation.
Responsibilities include analyzing, designing, coding, testing and implementing technical solutions, while collaborating with IT, product, analytics and business teams to meet organizational needs and stay current with industry practices.

As part of the IT Mainframe Storage Management Team, the Mainframe Storage Administrator will learn and work with members of the IT Mainframe Storage Team on researching, evaluating, designing, developing and implementing mainframe infrastructure systems by applying engineering, hardware and software design theories and principles to develop a compatible system infrastructure in line with organizational strategies.
The primary job duties will be to learn and assist with the implementation of all the Mainframe Storage Hardware and Software. Learn and assist with all the day-to-day Mainframe Storage Operations. Assure compliance to required standards, procedures, guidelines and processes. Participate in the weekly Oncall rotation.

Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations.
