ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION LLC in Hartford, CT is seeking a seasoned Program Manager with 14 to 18 years of experience to lead our Mainframe Modernization projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Mainframe Utilities, CICS, and API integration. This role supports a hybrid work model and a day shift schedule with no travel requirements.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Mainframe CICS operations.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
• Develop and maintain project documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives.
• Analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize Mainframe operations and reduce costs.
• Support the development of technical solutions that enhance system reliability and scalability.
• Evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance Mainframe capabilities and support business growth.
• Provide mentorship and support to team members to foster a culture of learning and innovation.
