Qualifications

• Proven experience in Banking and Financial Services domain with understanding of financial systems and processes.
• Analyze business requirements and develop, enhance, and maintain mission-critical Mainframe applications.
• Strong knowledge of DB2 database programming, SQL optimization, and performance tuning.
• Experience in troubleshooting production issues, root cause analysis, and timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions within project timelines.
• Participate in system integration, testing, deployment, and support activities with enterprise standards compliance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills with experience in Agile and Waterfall environments. Salary: $70,000 - $120,000
