A leading digital transformation partner seeks an experienced Mainframe Developer in Minneapolis to design, develop, and maintain enterprise mainframe applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in COBOL, JCL, DB2, and IBM z/OS. You'll be responsible for application design, requirement analysis, and debugging. Ideal candidates have 5-8 years of experience. Expected compensation ranges from $60,000 to $135,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in mainframe development.
• Strong knowledge of debugging and performance tuning tools.
• Familiar with SDLC and agile/waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain mainframe applications.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Write and modify programs using COBOL, JCL, and DB2.
• Perform batch and online processing (CICS).
• Debug and resolve production issues, including performance tuning.
