Qualifications

• Capable of Upgrading/Installing and Migrating CICS Transaction servers.
• Proficient in technologies like P2V, V2V and P2P migrations.
• Basic Knowledge on z/OS, Unix System Services, SMP/E, REXX, Java, VSAM.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, and maintain CICS Transaction Server (CICS TS) environments.
• Apply patches (PTFs), manage version upgrades, and perform regression validation.
• Configure and maintain CICS regions (production, test, DR).
• Maintain startup parameters and system initialization tables (DFHSIT).
• Monitor transaction performance and system health using tools such as OMEGAMON/MainView/TMON.
• Analyze: transaction response times, CPU utilization, storage usage; perform tuning to eliminate bottlenecks.

The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans.
