Job summary

Audi Charlotte is seeking skilled Automotive Technicians to join our busy main shop in Matthews, NC. We offer strong workflow, modern equipment, and leadership that supports technicians’ development.

Audi experience is a plus but strong repair experience from other brands is encouraged. Responsibilities include diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicles to manufacturer standards, using diagnostic tools, and performing customer-pay and warranty repairs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years automotive repair experience.
• Audi experience is a plus, but strong repair experience from other brands is encouraged.
• ASE certification and factory training a plus.
• Dedicated to quality workmanship and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles to manufacturer and dealership standards.
• Perform mechanical and electrical repairs on engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and drivability systems.
• Use diagnostic tools to identify vehicle concerns and complete repairs efficiently.
• Communicate repair findings with Service Advisors and handle customer-pay and warranty work.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and participate in ongoing training.
