Pay ranges from $18.00–$20.00 per hour with a Monday–Friday schedule across two shifts, and duties include feeding, palletizing, material handling, quality inspections, and shipping prep.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior manufacturing, warehouse, mailing, or production experience preferred.
• Knowledge of mailing workflows and mail production processes is a plus.
• Experience operating pallet jacks or material handling equipment preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and safety-conscious work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate daily production and data collection records.
• Inspect materials to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Feed materials into mailing and production machines.
• Wrap finished pallets for shipment.
• Move completed pallets to the shipping dock using appropriate equipment.
• Assist with material handling and production support tasks.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Support the mailing team with additional duties as assigned.
