Job summary

Sealed Air in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a Mailer Line Operator to maintain production quality and efficiency across shifts. You will operate and monitor machinery, ensure product quality, and document production data in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include following safety procedures, reading schedules and SAP codes, performing routine maintenance, and packaging finished rolls for shipment. The role requires physical stamina and strict adherence to 5S standards.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee assigned machinery throughout the shift following all plant safety procedures.
• Read and interpret production schedules and SAP codes to ensure accurate production.
• Set up and operate machinery to produce quality products at or above standard rates.
• Maintain inventories, perform cycle counts, and communicate issues promptly.
• Conduct shutdown procedures, housekeeping, and proper return of unused materials.
• Package finished goods with correct labeling and storage.
• Perform routine maintenance and quality inspections; record production parameters.
• Submit documentation to the appropriate personnel.
