The Colorado Department of Revenue (DOR) is seeking a dedicated and versatile Administrative Assistant to join our Mail Services team. This on-site role is essential to the Department's daily operations, ensuring the efficient handling of both incoming and outgoing communications at our Denver Howard Building location.
As a key member of a collaborative team, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of departmental mail and packages. This includes picking up and transporting mail between facilities using state fleet vehicles, meticulously sorting and processing incoming correspondence, and preparing high volumes of outgoing mail using specialized mailroom equipment.

Experience Only: Two (2) years of work experience in a professional office setting conducting such tasks as:
Education and Experience: A combination of related education and/or relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned (as outlined above) equal to two (2) years.
