PNC is seeking a part-time Mail Clerk based in Philadelphia, PA (with coverage for East Brunswick, NJ). The role focuses on mailroom duties, document processing, and basic data entry in a fast-paced retail bank operations environment.
Your responsibilities include sorting and distributing mail, handling postage for registered items, and maintaining mailroom equipment. Prior experience is helpful, but no degree is required and training will be provided.

As a Mail Clerk - Part Time within PNC’s Retail Bank Operation organization, you will be based in Philadelphia, PA and also covering East Brunswick, NJ.
The scope of Retail Bank Operations is impressively broad and encompasses a wide range of critical functions. These include managing the cash needs for our branch and ATM networks, printing and mailing important bank documents, and handling both inbound and outbound collections for home lending, automobile, and card services. Additionally, Retail Bank Operations focuses on loan mitigation and investor operations, developing process improvement and automation opportunities, overseeing the daily processing of cash and check deposits, bill payments, and executes strategic quality management functions.

Part-time position with the following shift options:
Mandatory additional hours will be required periodically to support training, business needs, and team coverage.
