Job description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Magnet Scientist to lead the development and optimization of magnetic materials and technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in magnetics, materials science, and applied physics, with a passion for pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. This role involves research, experimentation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to create cutting-edge solutions for a variety of applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research & Development: Conduct research to develop new magnetic materials and improve existing ones, focusing on performance, efficiency, and sustainability.
  • Experimentation: Design and conduct experiments to test magnetic properties, analyze data, and interpret results to guide development processes.
  • Innovation: Develop innovative solutions to complex problems in magnet technology, contributing to the advancement of our products and services.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and other scientists, to integrate magnetic materials into various applications.
  • Documentation: Prepare detailed technical reports, research papers, and presentations to communicate findings and progress to stakeholders.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure all research activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
