Job summary

LEGOLAND Discovery Center Michigan is seeking a part-time Guest Experience Host to deliver outstanding guest service with a friendly attitude and engage with guests to create memorable moments. You will help manage lines, maintain guest flow, and keep public areas clean and welcoming.

The role requires 6–12 months in attractions or customer service, a fun, dynamic personality, strong communication, and a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and events.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service.
• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality that lights up the room.
• Great communication, listening, and people-boosting skills.
• Self-motivated and ready to shine—solo or with the team.
• Super flexible—able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events!

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding guest service with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Engage with guests and create memorable moments throughout their visit.
• Bring fun, energy, and excitement to the attraction every day.
• Help manage attraction lines and guest flow while maintaining a safe environment.
• Keep public areas clean, organized, stocked, and guest-ready.
• Maintain our high standards of presentation and guest experience.
• Complete opening, closing, and operational procedures as assigned.
