Qualifications

• Strong interest in financial markets and global macro.
• Understanding of basic macroeconomics and financial-market relationships.
• Familiarity with equities, fixed income, FX, or commodities; experience across multiple asset classes is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills and some experience with Python, R, SQL, Bloomberg, or similar financial-data tools.
• Comfortable reading economic releases, market news, and research and quickly identifying what matters.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly around numbers, market levels, and data releases.
• Clear written communication and the ability to explain market developments without unnecessary jargon.

Responsibilities

• Maintain key market datasets, dashboards, historical comparisons, statistical analysis, and recurring indicators.

• Conduct first-pass research on macro themes and trade ideas across asset classes.
• Contribute to longer-form weekly research and special thematic projects.

Crown Macro is looking for a Macro Research Analyst to support our daily cross-asset research and market analysis.

This is a hands-on role for someone interested in global macro markets who wants direct exposure to equities, rates, FX, commodities, volatility, and positioning. You will work closely with the research team on both recurring market monitoring and deeper thematic research, helping turn market data and developments into clear, actionable analysis.

The role is well suited to someone early in their career who follows markets closely, is comfortable working with financial data, and wants to develop a stronger understanding of how macro developments transmit across asset classes.
