Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience delivering strategy, economics, or advisory work in consulting, corporate development, investment, or research.
• Track record of delivering on client work: running a workstream in a team, hitting deadlines, and owning with a client.
• Ability to turn analysis into a decision, drawing out macro and company data implications for a client.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to redesign and accelerate workflows, improve research and analysis, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance project delivery.
• A bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Deliver client engagements. Own a workstream from framing the question to the recommendation and client execution.
• Work as part of a team. Deliver on small engagement teams, learn from senior colleagues, and help develop those who join after you.
• Build the analysis behind the advice. Create the models, scenarios, dashboards, and data pipelines that turn raw data into clear answers.
• Put AI to work. Use large language models and AI agents to speed up monitoring, research, and scenario analysis on live projects.
• Help develop our offerings and platform. Work with Accenture’s AI engineering teams to turn scenario planning, wargaming, and decision intelligence into productized, AI-enabled services, and to develop our AI Foresight platform.
• Sharpen our thinking between engagements. Contribute to monthly macro briefs and thought leadership, with chances to publish under your name.
• Travel as needed, varies by client and could be up to 80%
