Mondrian Delta, a leading global macro investment firm, is seeking an Analyst or Senior Analyst to join its Austin investment team. The successful candidate will generate thematic, catalyst-driven ideas across single stocks and ETFs with a 3-6 month investment horizon.

Responsibilities include developing high-conviction long and short ideas, conducting fundamental company analysis and valuation, identifying medium-term catalysts, and presenting recommendations to senior portfolio managers.

Qualifications

• 3-8+ years of experience in hedge funds, asset managers, equity research or investment banking.
• Strong understanding of equity markets and macroeconomic drivers.
• Fundamental research and financial analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-conviction long and short equity ideas through a macro lens.
• Conduct fundamental company analysis, valuation and financial statement review.
• Identify medium-term catalysts and thematic investment opportunities.
• Present investment recommendations to senior portfolio managers.
