Susquehanna International Group (SIG) invites a Summer Analyst to join the Macro Research team for a ten-week tenure. You will work alongside senior analysts and traders to spot investment opportunities across equities, indices, and options, supporting valuation work and event-driven projects.

The program blends practical research with classroom-style learning, offering a non-hierarchical culture, housing during the internship, and comprehensive on-site amenities to support daily activities.

Qualifications

• Intention to graduate with a bachelor’s or master’s degree and begin full time employment by August 2028
• Strong written, analytical, and financial research skills
• Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Prior exposure to fundamental company research preferred
• Demonstrated interest in the financial markets
• Familiarity with a trading environment and derivative products preferred
• Visa sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position now or in the future

As a Summer Analyst on Susquehanna's Macro Research team, you will be partnered with our senior analysts and traders to assist in identifying investment opportunities in the equity, index, and options markets. You will learn to perform in-depth company analysis around future catalyst events and provide real-time opinions on breaking news throughout the trading day. You will gain experience in the financial markets by tracking company news and events, assisting with valuation work, and completing event-driven projects.

Our ten-week summer internship program introduces you to our unique approach to research through practical experience on a global macro-focused team and education in a classroom setting.

Macro Analyst Interns at Susquehanna will receive a $4,250 weekly base salary during the ten-week program. In addition, interns will receive a signing bonus, housing, breakfast and lunch, and other perks.
