Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Greer, SC is seeking a skilled machinist to set up, operate, and monitor precision machining equipment to produce aerospace components in a fast-paced production environment.

You will read engineering drawings, measure parts with calipers and micrometers, ensure quality and safety, and collaborate with a tight-knit team to meet deadlines and uphold Honeywell’s standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a machinist with a strong understanding of machining processes and equipment operation.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints accurately.
  • Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and quality control procedures in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working with CNC machines and manual machining tools.

In this role, you will impact the production of critical aerospace parts that support Honeywell’s commitment to safety, quality, and innovation in the aerospace industry. Your work will help maintain our reputation for excellence and support our customers' mission-critical operations.

Key Responsibilities

YOU MUST HAVE
