Qualifications

Choose the schedule that works best for you:

• Option 1: 6:00pm - 12:00am Monday - Thursday
• Option 2: 9:00pm - 3:00am Monday - Thursday

Compensation

• The starting pay range for this position is $22-$27 per hour. Final compensation will depend on various factors including: skills, experience, and location.
• Night shift positions receive an additional $3 per hour shift differential

A Machinist I is responsible for completing the following duties:

• Process raw materials into machined parts according to production needs and job specifications.
• Set up and operate a variety of machines, including Drill Press, Lathe, and Mill
• Perform machine adjustments, routine maintenance, and ensure safe operation in alignment with company safety standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate part production.
• Edit and modify G&M code programs as needed.
• Manage and organize raw materials to minimize waste and maintain a clean, orderly work environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in reading a tape measure with accuracy to 1/8" 1/16" 1/32" increments, with a strong understanding of inch-to-decimal conversions.
• Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints with accuracy.
• Experience in using precision measuring tools, including digital and vernier calipers and micrometers.
• Knowledgeable in dimensions and sizing of common structural steel materials.
