Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in McMinnville, OR, is seeking a Machinist I to join our machine shop. The role focuses on setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes, reading blueprints, and maintaining quality through in-process inspections.

Qualifications

Machinist I

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 40 hours/week (overtime as needed)
Pay: DOE $22-$29/hour

We're looking for a Machinist I with at least 2 years of CNC mill experience to join our machine shop team.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes


• Read blueprints and follow work instructions


• Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools


• Complete required documentation


• Perform routine machine maintenance


• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
