SPX Technologies in Kentucky is seeking a Machine Operator/Machinist to set up and operate conventional, special purpose, and NC machines to fabricate metallic parts. Responsibilities include interpreting blueprints, selecting tools, verifying dimensions, and ensuring parts meet tolerances.

Formación

• One to three months related experience and/or training.
• Relevant machinist coursework is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate conventional and NC machines to fabricate parts.
• Study blueprints and drawings to determine dimensions and tolerances.
• Select and align cutting tools and fixtures for machining operations.
• Adjust controls to regulate speed, feed, and depth of cut.
• Verify finished parts against specifications and document results.
