SPIROL International Corporation is seeking a skilled Machinist for our on-site manufacturing team. This role welcomes early-career machinists with solid fundamentals and seasoned professionals who value precision and teamwork. Enjoy a 4,10-hour-day week and contribute to a collaborative shop environment.

You will set up and run lathes, mills, grinders, and related equipment, interpret blueprints, and inspect parts with precision tools while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Machining experience preferred but flexible - we value aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Dependable, team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machines (lathes, mills, grinders, etc.)
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and work instructions
• Measure and inspect parts using precision measuring tools
• Make adjustments to ensure quality, accuracy and efficiency
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Follow safety, quality and production standards
