Integra LifeSciences in Mansfield, MA is seeking a Machinist Technician I to set up, operate, and maintain CNC and conventional machining equipment to produce quality parts per drawings.

You will read blueprints, use precision measuring tools, and contribute to lean manufacturing and continuous improvement while upholding safety and quality standards.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic knowledge of machining principles and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Previous machining or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Mansioni

• Set up and operate CNC and/or conventional machining equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
• Use precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and height gauges.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and tool changes.

• Identify machining issues and communicate problems to supervisors or experienced machinists.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine machine maintenance.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.

Individual pay is determined by several factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for bonus, commission, equity or other variable compensation.
