Job summary

NN Inc. is seeking a skilled Machinist for 1st and 2nd shifts in Ohio. The role involves operating manual and automated machines to produce precision parts, reading blueprints and specifications, and ensuring parts meet tolerances.

Typical schedule is four 10-hour days, Monday through Friday, with potential overtime on Fridays. You will set up machines, measure parts with precision instruments, and maintain tooling. Export controls may apply for certain positions.

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, diagrams, or technical orders to determine operations.
• Strong measurement skills to verify conformance to specifications.

Typically schedule is Monday-Friday working four 10 hour days. However, must be willing to work OT on Fridays as neededCNC Machinist Responsibilities:Operate manual and automated machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments.Maintain and repair machine tools and equipment.Read blueprints, schematics, diagrams, or technical orders to determine the specific operation to be performed.Measure dimensions of finished workpieces to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments.Set up and adjust machines, such as CNC lathes, CNC mills, and Grinding Machines.For positions requiring access to technical data, NN, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
