ST Engineering Aerospace is seeking a skilled machinist to fabricate structural aircraft components using CNC and manual machine shop equipment. You will follow detailed drawings and manuals, maintain tools, and ensure safety and accuracy in every task.
You will operate CNC equipment, set tool offsets, read blueprints, and participate in training programs while maintaining records of work performed and adhering to aerospace standards.

ST Engineering Aerospace is located at Brookley Aeroplex in Mobile, Alabama, and Pensacola, FL, at the Pensacola International Airport. We are a renowned provider of aircraft maintenance and modification (AMM) services for commercial airlines and air freight operators. We meet our customers' requirements by providing a full spectrum of high‑quality, reliable, and timely AMM and engineering solutions. We have the know‑how and experience to comprehensively manage complex projects, ensuring our customers' aircraft operate safely and efficiently.
Under general direction. Normally performs duties after receiving general instructions as to methods, procedures, and desired end results. Some opportunity for discretion when making selections among a few, easily identifiable choices. Assignment is usually reviewed upon completion.
A moderate level of interpersonal skills is required to maintain an effective relationship with co‑workers and supervision.
Requires easy mobility around various sections of aircraft and the dexterity to extract and replace parts in a timely manner. Requires mental skills and quickness with the ability to cope with stress and intense effort or exertion usually caused by long working hours. Must have the capacity to gain knowledge by hearing for one’s own safety due to the dangers involved in the operations of shop equipment. Working environment requires standing 90% of the workday on hard surfaces. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and arrive to work regularly.
