Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up CNC equipment and manual machining tools, including mills and lathes, to produce high-precision components.
• Work with materials such as aluminum and stainless steel, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Utilize precision measuring tools, such as calipers and micrometers, to perform inspections and ensure part accuracy.
• Program CNC machines to produce components from scratch or modify existing programs to meet project requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to maintain workflow and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with the production team to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and tools to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in CNC operation and manual machining.
• Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and GD&T for precise manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with mills, lathes, and other machining equipment.
• Skilled in using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Experience in CNC programming, with the ability to write and edit programs.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
