Overview

MACHINIST - Journeyman, Proficient In "Old School" Manual Setup and Operation of MANUAL Machine Tools to include but not limited to Horizontal Boring Mills, Vertical Turret Lathes, Engine Lathes, Milling Machines, Keyseater and more. Must be Proficient in Blueprint Reading and Implementation. Must Exhibit Flawless Safety Practices. The right candidate will be compensated very well.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual machine tools, including horizontal boring mills, vertical turret lathes, engine lathes, milling machines, and keyseaters, among others.
• Interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to establish machining sequences, tolerances, and finishes.
