EMAG LLC, a member of the EMAG Group, seeks an Applications Engineer for Precision Machining Systems in Michigan. You will translate customer needs into technical solutions and build competitive quotations.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in technical sales, applications engineering, or machinery/system integration.

Responsibilities

• Turn customer needs into solutions.
• Break down RFQs, prints, and specs to define process steps and tolerances.
• Prepare complete, technically sound quotations under guidance of Technical Sales Manager.
• Coordinate with suppliers to confirm feasibility, costs, and lead times.
• Collaborate across Sales, Engineering, and Operations to clarify scope and validate risks and costs.
• Create proposal packages, technical documentation, and customer-facing content.
• Support presentations and technical discussions—on-site or remote.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed.
