Job summary

NPAworldwide is seeking an experienced CNC Machining Supervisor to lead a team of 15–20 in a complex precision‑machining environment. You will oversee daily production, staffing, safety, quality, and employee development while collaborating with Quality, Manufacturing Engineering and CNC Programming to resolve machining issues.

Responsibilities include leading daily operations, coaching machinists, managing performance, troubleshooting, interpreting blueprints and GD&T, and driving productivity

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of CNC machining experience.
• Minimum five years of CNC machining leadership experience.
• Advanced blueprint-reading and GD&T knowledge.
• Strong Lathe experience.
• Ability to interpret CMM data and make sound production or quality decisions.
• Proficiency with micrometers, calipers and other precision measuring instruments.
• Lean manufacturing or continuous-improvement experience.
• OSHA 10, OSHA 30 or comparable EHS experience preferred.

• Aerospace or high-complexity precision-machining experience strongly preferred.
• OSHA 10, OSHA 30 or comparable EHS experience preferred.
