Job summary

This role requires overtime including weekends and will include a $1 shift premium on top of base pay. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery and inspecting machined components.
• Follows site quality systems and processes (cGMP).
• Records production data, scrap, and maintenance logs accurately.
• Willing to train others on procedures and documentation.
• Identify and report safety concerns and production issues.
• Support continuous improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and inspect components using precision measuring equipment.
• Maintain accurate production and maintenance records.
• Adhere to quality systems and processes.
• Record scrap and maintenance requests accurately.
• Train others on procedures as needed.
• Identify safety concerns and report them promptly.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with peers and visitors to Stryker.
• Meet schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends.
