• Experience with CAD/CAM, GD&T, and quality tools (FMEA, MSA, SPC).

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on engineering support to the manufacturing floor to improve equipment uptime and productivity.
• Lead capital equipment projects from conception through evaluation, purchase, and implementation.
• Coordinate with operators, supervisors, and maintenance to troubleshoot and improve processes.
