Hood Container Corporation in Lincolnton, NC is seeking a Machine Helper to support our manufacturing line. You will assist machine operators with setup, monitor operations, perform routine maintenance, and help keep production flowing safely and efficiently.

The role requires basic mechanical aptitude, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, good communication, and strict adherence to safety procedures. Overtime may be required to meet production targets.

Formación

• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn machine operation procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Assist machine operators in setting up and adjusting machinery for production runs.
• Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or irregularities and report them promptly.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep equipment in optimal condition.
• Load raw materials and remove finished products from machines as required.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to support continuous production and meet daily output goals.
• Document production activities and machine performance as directed by supervisors.
