The Fixer needs to make most major repairs in the Needling department and must have the ability to locate and diagnose trouble in systems and equipment. Plans and executes appropriate repairs to all types of machines and equipment, including other departments as necessary.

• Major Responsibilities/Activities:
• Maintain and repair needle-punch and related mechanical equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections
• Troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime
