Job summary

AQUARIUS is seeking a Machine Technician to oversee tighthead machinery, ensure optimal performance, and supervise the pack line and its staff. You will perform preventative maintenance and carry out repairs as needed to keep production moving efficiently.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 5 years of blow molding experience, problem-solving skills, forklift certification, and the ability to stand/walk 8–12 hours. Lifting up to 30 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience; blow molding experience a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of tighthead machinery.
• Ensure machines are running at peak efficiency and troubleshoot issues.
• Oversee production process, including pack line and staff.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Manage production lines and employees.
• Complete required shift paperwork and quality tests.
• Coordinate warehouse organization and assist with shipping/receiving.

What you will be doing as the Machine Technician:

• Oversee the operations of tighthead machinery
• Ensures machines are running at their most efficient level and problem solves when issues arise.
• Oversee the entire production process, including managing the pack line and its employees
• Preventative maintenance
• Repairs, when necessary
• Manage production lines and their employees
• Complete required shift paperwork
• Quality Tests

• Assist with shipping and receiving

What you will need as the Machine Technician:

• Minimum high school diploma, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience – blow mold experience a plus

• Standing and/or walking for entire scheduled shift (8-12 hours)
• Moving packed bundles away from staging area
